Digital Products — No Physical Shipping

All products sold in this store are digital downloads (design files, postcards, wall art, templates, and other digital assets). No physical goods are shipped.

Right of Withdrawal — Important Notice for EU Customers

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content that has been delivered and where the customer has given prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase, you:

  • Consent to the immediate delivery of the digital product, and
  • Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has been made available to you.

This consent is recorded at the time of purchase.

Our Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered or downloaded.

However, we will review refund requests in the following situations:

  • A technical issue prevents you from accessing or downloading the file
  • You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate purchase)
  • The wrong file was delivered
  • The file is corrupted or significantly different from what was described

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
