Welcome to Stock. By placing an order or accessing our digital products, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before purchasing.

1. Digital Products & Delivery

All products in this store are digital downloads — including design files, postcards, wall art, templates, and other digital assets. No physical items are shipped.

After completing your purchase, you will receive access to your files immediately or via a download link sent to your email. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files in a secure location. We cannot guarantee access to files indefinitely after purchase.

2. License & Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions below.

You may:

  • Use the files in your own personal or commercial projects
  • Edit or adapt the files for your own use
  • Use designs in printed or digital end products (e.g. printed cards, social media, client work)

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the original files with others
  • Upload the files to stock platforms, marketplaces, or file-sharing services
  • Sublicense or transfer your rights to a third party
  • Claim the digital products as your own original work
  • Use the files in a way that competes directly with this store (e.g. reselling as-is or as part of a bundle)

Each license is for one buyer. If you need a multi-seat or extended license, please contact us.

4. Software Compatibility

Some products may require specific software to open or edit (for example, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or Microsoft Office). Required software is noted on each product page. We are not responsible for compatibility issues arising from software you do not have access to.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. This right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with the customer's prior express consent.

By purchasing and accessing the digital product, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has begun.

This is consistent with our Refund Policy, where refunds are generally not available once a file has been delivered or downloaded, except in cases of technical issues, duplicate charges, or incorrect files.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products
  • Loss of data or files after delivery
  • Incompatibility with your software or devices

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

7. Consumer Rights (EU/Poland)

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Polish or EU consumer law. If you believe there is a defect or significant discrepancy in a product you received, please contact us and we will work to resolve it fairly.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
